New Heights Development and Training (NHDT) was established in 2014 with the vision of providing practical training, education and skills development solutions to individuals and organisations.
Since its establishment, NHDT has expanded its services to include occupational training, skills development, workplace health and safety training, compliance support, training material development and skills development services.

Founder & Managing DirectorMarilize Heyneke is the founder and Managing Director of New Heights Development and Training. She has more than 25 years' experience within the business, education, training and development environment and holds a B.Ed. Honours degree in Education Management, Law and Policy.
Her professional experience includes training and development, facilitation, assessment, skills development facilitation, programme implementation, workplace learning, training compliance and occupational learning.
Through NHDT, she works with organisations to develop practical training and workplace solutions that support people development, compliance and organisational performance.
