NHDT has extensive experience in education, training and development and understands the requirements associated with occupationally directed learning.
We support the implementation and delivery of occupational training through a structured approach incorporating knowledge, practical skills and workplace application.
Our experience includes facilitation, assessment, training programme implementation, learning material development and occupational training support.
NHDT works with employers, learners and other stakeholders to support structured learning that develops workplace competence and prepares learners for the applicable assessment requirements.
OCCUPATIONAL LEARNING
A note on accreditation. NHDT is an accredited training and skills development provider. The scope of SETA accreditation in South Africa has changed, and providers are no longer able to accredit new programmes directly with SETAs in the way they previously could. We are currently in the process of transitioning to the new QCTO accreditation framework, and accreditation details will be published once this process is complete. In the meantime, our team can discuss the current status of any specific programme on request.
